Overview
This Refund & Billing Policy explains how refunds, subscription billing, cancellations, disputes, chargebacks, and payment-related matters are handled for Rebbiton and related services operated by RYTHAM SEQUENCE LLC.
By purchasing a subscription to, or using Rebbiton, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Digital Service Acknowledgement
Rebbiton provides access to digital software products, AI-powered analytics systems, visibility monitoring tools, prompt intelligence systems, content generation services, and cloud-based services.
By subscribing or making a payment, you acknowledge that:
- Access to digital services may begin immediately after purchase
- Platform resources, infrastructure, APIs, and AI systems are allocated upon activation
- Usage may occur instantly after account access is granted
- Digital services are considered delivered once access is provided
As a result, purchases may not qualify for traditional physical-product refund rights.
2. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions may include:
- Monthly plans
- Annual plans
- Enterprise agreements
- Usage-based services
- Promotional or discounted plans
All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Customers are responsible for:
- Monitoring renewal dates
- Managing subscription settings
- Canceling before renewal if desired
3. Free Trials & Promotional Access
Rebbiton may offer:
- Free trials
- Beta access
- Promotional pricing
- Temporary discounts
If payment information is provided during signup:
- Billing may begin automatically after the trial period ends
- The billing amount and renewal schedule are disclosed during checkout
- Failure to cancel before trial expiration authorizes Rebbiton to process payment
Trial usage constitutes acceptance of this policy and all platform terms.
4. Refund Eligibility
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable after a billing cycle begins.
Cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively reverse charges for active billing periods.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable unless:
- Required by applicable law
- A duplicate payment occurred
- An unauthorized transaction is verified
- Rebbiton determines a refund is appropriate at its sole discretion
Enterprise Agreements
Enterprise contracts may include separate billing, refund, SLA, or cancellation terms governed by executed agreements.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally NOT be issued for:
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Partial usage periods
- Unused subscription time
- Dissatisfaction with AI ranking outcomes
- Changes in third-party AI platforms
- Traffic fluctuations
- AI visibility performance variations
- Search engine or LLM algorithm changes
- Incorrect expectations regarding AI visibility results
- User configuration issues
- Failure to use the platform
- Account inactivity
- Temporary outages or maintenance
- Beta or experimental features
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, customers agree to contact Rebbiton support directly at:
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate billing concerns promptly.
Fraudulent or Abusive Chargebacks
The following may constitute abusive or fraudulent chargeback activity:
- Filing disputes after legitimate platform usage
- Attempting to obtain free access after consuming services
- Claiming unauthorized usage despite valid account activity
- Ignoring cancellation procedures
- Misrepresenting delivered services
- Filing disputes without first contacting support
Where permitted by law, Rebbiton reserves the right to:
- Contest chargebacks using account logs, IP activity, payment records, access timestamps, usage history, support conversations, and platform analytics
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts associated with disputed payments
- Restrict future purchases or account creation
- Submit evidence to payment processors, banks, Stripe, PayPal, or financial institutions
- Recover outstanding balances, fees, or damages resulting from abusive disputes
7. Evidence & Billing Verification
Customers acknowledge that Rebbiton may maintain records including:
- Login activity
- IP addresses
- Browser/device information
- Usage logs
- Dashboard activity
- Prompt execution history
- Subscription changes
- API requests
- Analytics interactions
- Support communication history
- Payment authorization records
These records may be used to:
- Verify service delivery
- Investigate disputes
- Prevent fraud
- Defend against chargebacks
- Enforce platform agreements
8. Payment Authorization
By submitting payment, you authorize Rebbiton and its payment providers to:
- Charge your selected payment method
- Process recurring subscription payments
- Process renewal charges
- Apply taxes and applicable fees
- Retry failed payments where permitted
You represent that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
- Billing information is accurate
- You accept recurring billing terms
9. Failed Payments
If payment fails:
- Platform access may be limited or suspended
- Data access may be restricted
- Subscription features may become unavailable
Rebbiton reserves the right to retry failed payments using authorized payment methods.
10. No Guarantees of Results
Rebbiton provides analytics, AI visibility tools, optimization systems, and AI-powered recommendations.
We do NOT guarantee:
- Specific rankings
- Traffic increases
- Revenue growth
- AI citations
- Search engine placement
- Visibility improvements
- Business outcomes
AI visibility and search ecosystems are controlled by third-party systems outside Rebbiton's control.
11. Limitation of Refund Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Refunds are limited to amounts directly paid to Rebbiton
- Rebbiton is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption
- Refund requests do not guarantee approval
- Rebbiton retains sole discretion regarding goodwill refunds where permitted
12. Policy Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refunds or suspend accounts where we reasonably believe:
- Fraudulent activity occurred
- Platform abuse occurred
- Services were materially consumed before refund requests
- Customers attempt to circumvent billing systems
- Multiple refund attempts are made across accounts
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically to reflect:
- Legal requirements
- Platform changes
- Payment processor policies
- Fraud prevention improvements
Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
